Please read these terms carefully before accessing study decks, textbook bundles, or creator authoring tools.

🤖 1. AI-Generated & AI-Assisted Study Content Policy

Vidyoric provides creators and learners with generative AI tools (automated flashcard generation, quiz synthesis, KaTeX notes summarization, and interactive tutoring). When utilizing these features, users agree to the following conditions:

(a) Input Material Warranties: Creators represent and warrant that all source materials provided to the AI system (lecture transcripts, handouts, practice questions) are original or used under valid licenses, open educational resources (OER), or legitimate fair use.

(b) Prohibition on Proprietary Scraping: Users shall not prompt the AI system with verbatim copies of third-party copyrighted textbooks, proprietary coaching institute question banks, or unreleased assessment papers without explicit authorization.

(c) Responsibility for AI Outputs: Creators retain legal authorship and responsibility for reviewing, editing, verifying, and publishing all AI-assisted study decks. Vidyoric disclaims liability for unverified creator publications.

🛡️ 2. Creator Intellectual Property Warranty & Indemnification

By creating, uploading, publishing, or monetizing any study deck on Vidyoric, you agree to the following binding warranty and indemnification covenant:

Binding Indemnity Covenant:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vidyoric, its parent company, officers, directors, and agents against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, settlements, and costs (including reasonable legal expenses) arising out of or related to:

  • Any claim that your uploaded content (study steps, flashcards, questions, diagrams, solutions, or media) infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, or intellectual property right of any third party;
  • Any breach of your representations or pre-publish IP ownership declarations;
  • Any fraudulent or intentional misrepresentation in statutory counter-notifications.

Vidyoric reserves the right to withhold creator royalties, freeze pending wallet withdrawals, or terminate accounts in response to willful or repeated copyright infractions.

⚖️ 3. Safe Harbor Cooperation & Repeat Infringers

Vidyoric adheres strictly to safe harbor protections under Title 17 U.S.C. § 512 and Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021. Decks subject to credible formal infringement complaints are quarantined immediately. Repeat infractions result in permanent account bans under our 3-Strike Repeat Infringer Policy.

⚡ 4. Student Enrollment, Purchases & AI Sparks

Paid deck and textbook bundle enrollments grant personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime access to the study materials for academic preparation. AI Sparks acquired through deck purchases, weekly sprint exams, or refill packs are non-refundable and tied to the student's study account.
